Usually I do not take care of cafe Chilaquiles, but for the server's recommendation I ordered them, and boy was I glad I did! The sauce is served above the chips (in lieu of cooked within the sauce) which supplies it that fantastic texture! Served with an egg, it was packed with flavor! M
